Job summary

Palermo's Pizza is looking for a Pizza Food Scientist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative pizza products, collaborating with R&D teams to bring new ideas to commercialization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and 3–5 years of experience in food product development, especially in bakery or food manufacturing environments. This position is fully onsite at our state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of food product development experience in food manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with food preparation and ingredient management.
• Strong understanding of bakery science.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from concept to commercialization.
