Domino is seeking a detail-oriented Supervisor to lead and support our operations team. You will guide performance, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, transparency, and accountability, with hands-on supervision in a fast-paced environment. You will participate in training and collaborate with management to meet production goals and service standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years of operational/production/manufacturing experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop team members.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA/GMP).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Flexibility to work full-time including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical capability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
