Job summary

Eataly is hiring a Pizza Maker to produce roman-style pizza alla pala following our authentic Italian recipes. You will report to the Bakery Manager and contribute to guest learning about pizza production.

This seasonal role is onsite at our California location, offering a rate of $19–$21 per hour with potential for long-term growth beyond the holidays. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house production experience required.
• Strong work ethic, communication and time management skills must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes.
• Complies with portion sizes, quality standards, and policies.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary production area per health standards.
• Works across all shifts in pizza production.
• Assists Sales Associates and educates guests about pizza production.
