Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and menu items per recipes and standards.
• Stretch dough, build pizzas, ensure portioning and presentation.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
• Cook on multiple stations as needed.
• Set up and stock your station during shifts.
• Ensure plates leave with accuracy and pride.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate with kitchen team during busy service.
• Assist with prep, stocking, deliveries, and cleaning.
• Support teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
