Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking an Inside Team Member to help greet customers, take orders, and craft pizzas with high-quality standards. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on delivering great guest experiences.

This role involves preparing dough and ingredients, handling orders, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Team Member, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by:

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest


• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders


• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally


• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients


• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items


• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards


• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience


• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests


• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred


• Valid driver's license preferred


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)


• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds


• Strong communication and customer service skills
