Marco’s Pizza in Brunswick, OH is seeking an Inside Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas while delivering high-quality food and a great guest experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team that values collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items.
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience.
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
