Job summary

Marco's Pizza is hiring an Inside Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service to guests. You will take orders in person, on the phone, or online, prepare ingredients, and assemble pizzas while maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online and in-person orders.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slice, chop and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and quality standards.
• Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
