Marco’s Pizza in Berea, OH is seeking an Inside Team Member to join a busy, guest‑facing team. You will greet guests, take orders, and help craft high‑quality pizzas, ensuring each guest leaves satisfied.

You’ll assist with dough and toppings, uphold safety standards, and support teammates to deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and team‑oriented, with strong communication and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
• Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
