Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is hiring an Inside Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas with care. You’ll contribute to exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment and help maintain quality standards across all duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience
• Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
