Marco’s Pizza is seeking an Inside Team Member to help create exceptional guest experiences. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and craft high‑quality pizzas while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Must stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
• Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
