Job summary

Domino’s Pizza Washington Team is hiring at McLean to deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will prepare pizzas, measure ingredients, and follow safe food handling procedures while greeting customers and taking orders.

Role involves upselling, operating the POS system, handling payments, and maintaining clean, stocked workstations. Teamwork and reliability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be no less than sixteen (16) years of age and able to pass background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
• Measures ingredients required for specific items.
• Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Help with bagging and tagging orders.
• Runs food out to customers' cars or delivery drivers.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally.
• Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers and informs about menu/specials.
• Upsells additional products when appropriate.
• Masters Point of Sale (POS) computer systems for automated order taking.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas and stocks.
• Transports supplies and tools as needed.
• Ensures supervisor is aware of shortages and adheres to policies.
