Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Washington, DC, is looking for team members to deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will help prepare pizzas and other menu items, weigh ingredients, and ensure safe food handling and presentation.

Greet customers, take orders, and operate the POS system with accurate cash handling while working as part of a fast-paced team. Training and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and management.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
• Measures ingredients required for specific items being prepared.
• Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation.
• Help with bagging and tagging orders
• Running food out to customers cars or delivery drivers
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes order professionally and promptly.
• Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers.
• Masters Point of Sale (POS) computer systems for automated order taking.
• Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
• Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
