• Must be 16+ to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18+ to use mixer/food processor.
• Must enjoy a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using Flippers methods.
• Making and managing fresh dough – made on-site and cold fermented for 48+ hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per recipes using kitchen tools.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.
