Qualifications

• Must meet all Packer Stacker requirements, including proper packing, stacking, and labeling per customer standards.
• Respirator use is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines and production lines before each shift.
• Conduct pre-production checks.
• Ensure machines are operating efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and ensure it meets specifications.
• Perform equipment cleaning and flushing as necessary.
• Achieve or exceed targeted production output.
• Verify correct setup and in-process materials.
• Operate, clean, and maintain at least one designated machine/line.
• Complete post-operative line clearance.
