Job summary

Domino’s Line Cook in Odessa, TX is responsible for food safety and proper handling of ingredients to prepare Domino’s pizzas and menu items. You will work in a fast-paced, assembly-line setting, ensuring all products meet Domino’s specifications and quality standards.

You should be a reliable, communicative team player with strong time management and the ability to read a computer screen, memorize topping codes, and comply with all food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
• 1 year restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to read a computer screen and memorize topping codes.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety guidelines.
• Know Domino’s recipes and specs.
• Check makeline and cut table readiness at the beginning of each shift.
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units and bins.
• Understand the importance of time restraints and work swiftly for 2-4 hours per shift.
• Properly portion and itemize products per Domino’s standards.
• Dock and stretch dough per Domino’s standards.
• Work in an assembly line configuration.
• Re-date all products moved to in-use status.
• Communicate with other station team members as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of makeline and cut table.
• Restock makeline bins and cabinets as needed.
• Check quality of each product during bake and boxing for accuracy with Domino’s specs.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs.
