Job summary

Domino’s Line Cook in Odessa, Texas is seeking a team player to prepare pizzas and related items according to Domino’s specifications in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow food safety guidelines, manage time effectively, and help maintain cleanliness while working on the makeline and with dough preparation throughout shifts.

On-the-job training is provided; prior restaurant experience is a plus, and Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant experience is a plus
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required
• Exceptional time management skills
• Able to read a computer screen
• Able to memorize topping and product codes
• Able to stand or walk for 8-10 hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds
• Detail-oriented and hard working

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety guidelines.
• Know Domino’s recipes and specs.
• Check makeline and cut table for readiness at start of shift.
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units and bins.
• Work swiftly for 2-4 hour periods as needed.
• Portion and itemize products per Domino’s standards.
• Dock and stretch dough per Domino’s standards.
• Work in an assembly line configuration.
• Re-Date products moved to in-use status.
• Communicate with station team members about needs.
• Maintain sanitation of makeline and cut table.
• Restock makeline bins and cabinets as needed.
• Check quality during bake and boxing per specs.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs.
