Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Know Domino’s recipes and specs.
• Check makeline and cut table for readiness at beginning of each shift.
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units and bins.
• Understand time restraints and work swiftly for 2–4 hour shifts.
• Properly portion and itemize products to Domino’s standards.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of makeline and cut table.
• Restock makeline bins and cabinets as needed.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs.
