Domino’s Line Cooks are dedicated to food safety and proper handling of the products used to cook a customer’s perfect meal. They work in a fast-paced time pressured environment and be able to adjust as the needs of the business shifts, ensuring all products are made to Domino’s specifications.

To be successful as a Line Cook, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required. Employer-provided training available.
• Sales or customer service experience helps when greeting customers and handling inquiries.
• Texas Cert. Food Handlers Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Know Domino’s recipes and specs.
• Check makeline and cut table readiness at shift start.
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units and bins.
• Work swiftly for 2–4 hour periods when needed.
• Properly portion and itemize products per Domino’s standards.
• Dock and stretch dough per Domino’s standards.
• Work in an assembly line configuration.
• Re-date products moved to in-use status.
• Communicate with other station team members on needs.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of makeline and cut table.
• Restock makeline bins and cabinets as needed.
• Check quality of each product during bake and boxing for accuracy.
