Job summary

Keowee River Club Golf, LLC is seeking a Pizza/Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen in Sunset, SC. The role focuses on high-quality preparations, efficient station setup, and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.

You will work under the Director of Culinary, handling a Wood-fired pizza oven, fryers, and sandwich stations while maintaining cleanliness and food safety. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant kitchen experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Check in with the Manager at the start of each shift for daily tasks.

Hourly Rate: $18/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:

The Pizza/Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in accordance with The Reserve at Lake Keowee’s standards. This role requires efficiency, teamwork, and strong attention to detail to ensure an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
