Dreamscape Flamingo Road Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead Pizza Attendant in Las Vegas. This working lead role combines guest service with hands-on kitchen and pizza station duties to uphold quality and speed of service.

You will train teammates, supervise shifts, and ensure safety and sanitation standards while delivering a warm, guest-focused experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior quick-service or food service experience required; leadership or shift lead experience preferred.
• Cook experience in a high-volume pizzeria.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive.
• Must possess licenses and permits required by regulations.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service and act as a role model for guest engagement.
• Assist with order taking, POS troubleshooting, and service recovery.
• Serve food & beverages, including alcoholic drinks, and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Lead shifts, train new team members, and monitor station performance.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards across all stations.
