Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Pizza Attendant Fountain Worker for a part-time role. You will serve as a working lead, performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, guiding teammates, and upholding food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced pizza operation.

Responsibilities include guest service, cash handling, food prep, and station leadership, with a focus on consistency, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in cook/lead role in a high-volume pizzeria preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to lead peers and coach.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Cashiering: greet guests, take orders, handle payments, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Food Preparation & Assembly: follow recipes, prep ingredients, set up stations, ensure line readiness.
• Finishing & Quality Control: plate, garnish, check appearance and quality, ensure consistency during peak periods.
• Operational Support & Leadership: act as working lead, coordinate breaks, delegate tasks, train new team members.
• Cleanliness & Safety: maintain sanitation, proper storage, routine cleaning and safety compliance.
