Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Give every plate its final quality check: correct order, presentation, finishing touches.
• Cut, garnish, and plate pizzas with care.
• Keep tickets organized and communicate clearly with cooks and servers.
• Catch mistakes and speak up before food leaves the kitchen.
• Run food and support the team during rush periods.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and ready for action.
• Use quieter moments to fold boxes, prep supplies, and get ahead of the next rush.
