Job summary

Cane Rosso is seeking an Expo to own the pass and ensure every plate is ready for its moment. You will connect the kitchen and dining room, keeping tickets moving and presenting dishes with care. A sharp eye, quick feet, and team focus are essential to thrive on our high-energy pizza crew.

You’ll fit in with a crew that loves pizza, dogs, and having a great time at work, while maintaining quality and efficiency during rushes.

Qualifications

• Sharp eyes and quick feet; able to stay focused during rushes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced pizza environment.
• Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Give every plate its final quality check: correct order and perfect presentation.
• Cut, garnish, and plate pizzas with care.
• Keep tickets organized and communicate clearly with cooks and servers.
• Catch mistakes and speak up before food leaves the kitchen.
• Run food and support the team during busy rush periods.
• Keep the station clean, stocked, and ready for action.
• Fold boxes and prep supplies during quieter moments.
