RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our store team. This part-time role focuses on timely deliveries, friendly customer service, and upholding brand standards.

A valid license and reliable vehicle are required, with opportunities for growth and training through RPM Pizza College. We offer flexible scheduling, team member discounts, and eligible benefits after meeting hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries, provide footage if needed, and return all equipment upon separation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36"–48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
