Job summary

RPM Pizza is looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at 40017 HWY 42 Suite D. You will take orders, deliver a fun and engaging experience for customers, and help ensure fast, accurate service in a busy store environment.

As a part-time team member, you’ll benefit from flexible scheduling, discounts, and opportunities for growth while upholding Domino’s brand standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting inventory and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
