Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at 4421 Lake St. This part-time role involves taking orders, providing friendly service, and representing the Domino’s brand in a fast-paced store environment.

You will help maintain store cleanliness, assist with inventory, and participate in training. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit may be required).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
