Job summary

Shining Enterprises, an independent Little Caesars franchisee, is seeking Crew Members for its Lima, OH locations. You will join a friendly, motivated team and gain valuable restaurant and customer-service skills while contributing to fast, accurate service and a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide fast, friendly service
• Prepare and package pizzas according to Little Caesars standards
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Keep workstations, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies
• Work with your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly
