Job summary

Shining Enterprises, an independent Little Caesars franchisee, is seeking Crew Members for its Lima, OH locations. You will join a friendly, motivated team and gain valuable restaurant and customer-service skills while contributing to fast, accurate service and a clean, safe dining environment.

We offer weekly pay, tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. Training is provided to help you grow with the team and serve the local community.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependability and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Welcome customers and provide fast, friendly service
