Marco’s Pizza in Bedford, Ohio is seeking an Inside Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas with pride. You’ll join a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and quality food.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing ingredients, ensuring safety and sanitation, and supporting teammates to maintain a clean, high‑performing restaurant team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience.
• Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
