Marco's Pizza is seeking an Inside Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas in a fast-paced, team‑driven environment.

You will provide friendly service, follow safety standards, and support teammates while flexible scheduling evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a beloved local brand with a strong community focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience.
• Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
