Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Ohio is seeking an Inside Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service to guests, take orders, and craft pizzas to our quality standards. You will help maintain a clean, safe work environment and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is preferred, with a valid license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver?s license preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble and prepare pizzas per company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Execute customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
