Little Mama's Italian Kitchen in Cornelius, NC is seeking an experienced Pizza Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will hand-stretch dough, sauce, top, and bake pizzas to Little Mama's standards.

You?ll monitor oven temperatures, maintain ingredients, and collaborate with the team. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pizza Cook in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, dough preparation, and oven operation.
