Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pizza cook.
• Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality pizzas.
• Handle multiple food orders at one time.
• Ability to manage others and work on a team.
• Put pizzas in the oven and monitor fire.
• Replace cheeses, sauce, and toppings containers to ensure freshness.
• Label and stock all ingredients to keep them organized and accessible.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings for cooking.
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other prep tasks.
• Set up workstations and ingredients per recipes.
• Ensure proper storage of all food and items.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary prep area.
