Job description

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for the Pizza Cook – Concessions position. In this role, you will be responsible for making specialty pizzas to order in our Café Mirage & Pizza Pub outlet. You will handle tasks such as rolling out pizza dough, stretching dough to fit the screen, and topping pizzas according to guest preferences. You will also assist with day-to-day kitchen operations, including stock rotation, ensuring product quality, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards. This is a full-time position with shifts that vary based on availability.

Requirements include a minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in a pizza shop or restaurant. A SERV Safe Food Handlers Certificate is also required.

• A Culinary Arts Degree or Certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
• You must be at least 18 years old or older to apply.
