The authentically African-inspired resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, retail shops, and a modern convention center.

We invite you to apply for the Café Mirage Line Cook position. In this role, you will be responsible for quick service and food preparation for all guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing food items, inspecting food products, maintaining kitchen sanitation, and receiving/inspecting bulk orders to ensure proper storage.

Requirements include at least 1 year of progressive culinary experience or a culinary degree, preferably in a hotel restaurant or food outlet. A state or local food handling certification may be required by law; Serv Safe Certification is preferred.
