Job summary

Parkhurst Dining in New York’s Clinton area is seeking a Pizza Cook to join our team. You will prepare all menu items according to our recipes and craft specialty pizzas each service period.

You’ll stretch dough, toss it to shape, ensure high food quality, and interact with guests courteously using our Smile Plus hospitality approach. Daily pizza dough production is part of the role, contributing to a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk 100% of shift.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with pizza dough handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes. Produce one or more specialty pizza(s) each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.
