Job summary

Parkhurst Dining, part of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, is seeking a Pizza Cook to join our Parkhurst Dining team. Schedule 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays; you will prepare pizzas according to Parkhurst recipes, stretch dough, and ensure quality during service.

You’ll interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and contribute to our hospitality-focused culture with training, internal promotion opportunities, and discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking 100% of the time during shifts.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes and produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain a round pizza shape.
• Ensure food quality and manage quantity throughout service periods.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Produce pizza dough daily.
