Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is hiring a Pizza Cook to join Eat’n Park Hospitality Group family. You will prepare pizzas according to Parkhurst recipes, stretch dough, and ensure quality throughout service.

You will interact with guests with friendly hospitality and produce pizza dough daily. The role offers a values‑driven environment and opportunities to grow within the Parkhurst team.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk 100% of the shift.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes. Produce one or more specialty pizza(s) each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.
