Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Pizza Cook in Valparaiso, Indiana. This role requires weekend availability but no late nights, in a values-driven environment within Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining team.

You’ll prepare all menu items per Parkhurst recipes and interact with guests using our hospitality standards. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for full shift.
• Frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all pizza menu items per Parkhurst recipes.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain round pizza shape.
• Maintain quality of food throughout service periods.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Produce pizza dough daily.

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes. Produce one (or more) specialty pizza(s) each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.
