Job Title: Pizza Cook

Reports To: Chef de Cuisine

Roberta’s is looking for pizza cooks to join our team! Located in New York City since 2008, Roberta’s has been a pioneer in the boroughs’ food scene, offering Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas, crafted cocktails, and a diverse natural wine program. We are actively expanding and seeking talented individuals to join our family. No bad vibes!

Ideal Candidates:

1. At least 1 year of kitchen experience
2. Experience making Neapolitan-style pizzas
3. Ability to hand-stretch pizza dough
4. Mastery of pizza production in a handcrafted pizza oven
5. Ability to work a busy service smoothly
6. Exceptional attention to detail
