Job Duties

Our Pizza Chefs maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation. They assure timely preparation of all pizzas and station recipes. They are experts in using the “Dough-Pro” machine. Our Pizza Chefs support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift. They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed. They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment. They maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift. We require three to six months of related experience or training.
