Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Assure timely preparation of all pizzas and station recipes.
• Be the expert of the 'Dough-Pro' machine.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform opening/closing and side work duties.
