California Pizza Kitchen in Minnesota is seeking a Pizza Chef to bring California creativity to every meal. You will ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining top quality, sanitary standards, and timely preparation of all pizzas, while mastering the Dough-Pro machine and supporting station checks.

We offer full and part-time opportunities with benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement. Prior related experience or training (3–6 months) is preferred to join our dynamic team and deliver

Formación

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsabilidades

• Our Pizza Chef maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• They assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• They are our experts of the “Dough-Pro” machine.
• Our Pizza Chef supports the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift.
• They prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment.
• They maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
