Qualifications

• 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Maintain high sanitation and food quality standards.
• Prepare pizzas and station recipes.
• Assist with line checks and prep par sheets.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas and station recipes.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station and complete prep par sheets.
• Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
