Job summary

ENRICO'S is hiring a Pizza Cook/Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook scratch-made pizzas, stretch and bake using our standards, and read tickets to deliver quality on time.

This role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and food safety in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are at least 18, have kitchen/pizza experience, and can stand for long shifts while lifting up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous kitchen and pizza experience REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and move efficiently in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook scratch-made pizzas and other Savage Pizza menu items.
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas according to company standards (training provided).
• Read and execute ticket orders accurately while meeting ticket-time expectations.
• Perform proper portion controls and minimize food waste.
• Label, store, rotate, and handle food according to safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service.
• Check and record food temperatures to ensure food safety compliance.
• Assist with prep work during off-peak hours as needed.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and properly use cleaning chemicals.
• Work closely with fellow kitchen team members to support smooth operations.
