Qualifications

• 1+ year of pizza experience is required.
• Must be 16+ to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18+ to use mixer and food processor.
• Must possess a sense of urgency and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player mentality and ability to thrive in a high-energy setting.

Responsibilities

• Stretch, top, and cook pizza using Flippers methods.
• Make and manage fresh dough—made on-site and cold fermented for 48+ hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients with kitchen tools.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Maintain clean as you go.
