Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Google Pixel Sales Specialist to drive Pixel and Fitbit sales inside a Best Buy retail store. You’ll serve as the Pixel Guru, elevating staff confidence to pitch the brand and multiplying sales impact on the floor.

The role is part-time (32 hours/week, Thu–Sun, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM). You will be rewarded with hourly pay of $27 plus bonus, and you’ll be the go-to expert for Google Pixel and Fitbit throughout the location.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs in sales.
• Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.
• Self-driven with a high sense of urgency and initiative.
• Competitive mindset with a focus on top performance on the floor.
• Ability to coach and mentor store staff to boost Pixel/ Fitbit sales.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have own vehicle for equipment transport.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales & Ecosystem Growth within the store.
• Drive growth by increasing Pixel & Fitbit device sales.
• Sell Pixel exclusivity and pitch Google Pixel, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit devices.
• Over-deliver on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• In-store advocacy and team multiplication to amplify performance.
• Coach Best Buy staff and conduct product huddles to boost sell-through.
• Be the resident expert on Google Pixel & Fitbit features.
• Assist Best Buy reps in team selling when interest arises.
• Maintain clean, functional, and visually dominating Pixel & Fitbit displays.
• Keep the brand presence energized with current promotions.
