Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a highly motivated Google Pixel Sales Specialist to own the Google ecosystem inside a Best Buy retail store. You will be the in-store Pixel Guru, driving Pixel and Fitbit sales and coaching the Best Buy team to pitch the brand effectively.

The role runs 32 hours per week, Thursday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM local time, through January 10, 2027, with potential extension. Base pay is $27/hour plus bonuses, with sales bonuses and spiffs for qualifying devices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs in sales.
• Experience in wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics preferred.
• Self-driven with high urgency and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and ecosystem growth for Google Pixel and Fitbit within the store.
• Take ownership of increasing device and ecosystem sales on the floor.
• Pitch Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit to customers.
• Meet, exceed, and drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas.
• Coach Store Associates and lead high-energy product huddles.
• Be the resident expert on Google Pixel & Fitbit features and capabilities.
• Assist Best Buy reps in converting interest in Android & Fitbit devices.
• Maintain pristine, dominating Pixel/Fitbit display areas.
