Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC in Sterling, VA is seeking a Google Pixel Sales Specialist to own in-store Pixel & Fitbit sales at a Best Buy location. You will act as the Pixel Guru, drive ecosystem growth, and coach store staff to increase brand shares on the floor.

The role is part-time, 32 hours per week (Thu–Sun), 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, with hourly pay of $27 plus bonus opportunities. You must be a high-energy, self-driven closer with strong sales results.

Qualifications

• Proven Over-Performer with a history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Wireless/telecom/consumer electronics experience is preferred.
• Self-driven with urgency and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and ecosystem growth for Google Pixel/ Fitbit inside the Best Buy store.
• Pitch Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit to customers.
• Meet, exceed, and aim to surpass weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas.
• Coach Best Buy staff, run product huddles, and help them sell more Pixel/ Fitbit.
• Be the resident Pixel/ Fitbit expert and demonstrate AI features to customers and staff.
• Assist Best Buy reps in converting interest into sales.
