Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a highly motivated Pixel Sales Specialist to drive Google Pixel and Fitbit sales inside a Best Buy location. You will act as the Pixel Guru, energizing the floor, coaching staff, and relentlessly pursuing sales targets.

Role is 32 hours/week, Thursday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, with a $27/hour base plus bonuses; extension possible beyond January 10, 2027. Must lift 50 lbs and have a vehicle for equipment transport.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs in sales.
• Experience in wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics preferred.
• Self-driven with high urgency and initiative.
• Energetic, persuasive closer with strong objection handling.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales & ecosystem growth for Pixel and Fitbit in the store.
• Take ownership of increasing device and ecosystem sales.
• Pitch Google Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit on the floor.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly quotas.
• Coach and motivate Best Buy staff to boost sales.
• Be the resident Pixel & Fitbit expert for customers and staff.
• Assist Best Buy reps to convert interest into sales.
• Maintain display areas to be pristine and visually dominant.
• Highlight current Google/ Fitbit promotions to shoppers.
